To summarize - There are a few main pieces required to become a coach with Masco Youth Lacrosse and MYL. 

• Register as a coach on Masco Youth Lacrosse Website each season
• Complete National Background Check
• Complete online Abuse Prevention Training Course
• Attend in-person clinic once every two years*

*The in-person clinic is required in order to be a CARDED Coach.  ONE CARDED COACH is REQUIRED on the sideline of each CLASSIC GAME.  ALL Coaches on the sideline of Select Games are REQUIRED to be CARDED.   Even if you are not a "Carded Coach", you still need to register as an assistant coach on the Tribal Website, complete the background check and the abuse prevention training course online.
